Jennifer Mairo is an author and philanthropist based in Dallas, TX. She is a self acclaimed feminist and overachiver.
In 2011, Jennifer founded the Pamela Erere Foundation (PEF ) to help impoverished Nigerian single moms, divorced women, widows and their children. She and other PEF volunteers have since helped thousands of wowen towards better lives.
Mairo prides herself in being a voice and inspiration for African women the world over. Armed with multiple undergraduate and graduate degrees, in the year 2016, Mairo embarked on the most challenging undertaking of her life.
She produced a ground breaking reality series titled "The Real Naija Ladies of Dallas", arguably the first of its kind, the first ever reality series that features Nigerians in the United States. It shows successful Nigerian women navigating through family, friendships, hustle and drama. Speculated as one of the most talked about series by a Nigerian in recent times, Mairo plans to take the show to all major cities the world over and continue to try to put Nigerians on the world center stage in a positive light.
Mairo has been featured in Cosmopolitan Magazine, Dailymail, The Guardian, Bella Naija, Linda Ikeji and multiple other TV and media platforms.
She hopes to be remembered as a Nigerian female who dared greatly, a hustler who took pride in serving as an inspiration to women around the world.
